About Our St. Paul Senior Services
Franciscan Health Community provides a continuum of senior services for seniors and their families in the St. Paul, MN area. The goal of our St. Paul senior services is to help seniors in our community live as independently as possible.
For seniors in the community, support services such as meals on wheels, adult day services and St. Paul area home health care, may help them continue to live in their own homes longer. Our senior services can provide the extra help needed to make a difference. A hot, home-delivered meal can help caregivers by being one less thing they need to do, and it can also ensure adequate nutrition for their loved one. Seniors attending adult day services have a full day of health monitoring, social activities, snacks, and lunch while their spouses and children can find necessary time away from their caregiving responsibilities. Our St. Paul home health care can provide public health nursing services, as well as home health aides to assist with personal care and some light housekeeping. Volunteers are available to make friendly visits and to assist with transportation and shopping needs.
Franciscan Health Community offers nursing home care in Saint Paul, MN, which includes a hospice program, a strong Pastoral Care Department and a volunteer program. Our other senior services in the St. Paul area include two senior housing options, Highlands on Graham and Riverview Highlands with some senior services.
