Adult day service programs are designed to serve adults experiencing a decrease in physical, mental and social functioning. The adult day program environment recognizes and attends to emotional, intellectual and physical needs.

For every participant using St. Mary’s Adult Day Services, two people benefit: the individual and the caregiver. It provides a safe environment for older adults to come for health guidance, care, stimulation and socialization during the day while providing caregivers needed time to rest, run errands, socialize with friends or to continue working.

Personal attention is given to participants with a staff ratio of 1:5. The program is open Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. (extended hours may be arranged.)

Some of the services provided include:

  • Transportation
  • Health Monitoring
  • Exercise
  • Activities/Recreation
  • Pastoral Care
  • Social Services
  • Hot Nutritious Lunch and Snacks

Optional Services available at an additional charge:

  • Bath
  • Beauty/Barber Shop
  • Occupational Therapy/Physical Therapy/Speech Therapy
  • Hearing Check ups
  • Dental Services

Program fees are available upon request.

The professional staff at St. Mary’s Adult Day Services can provide caregivers with support, education and referrals for other community resources as needed.
