About Us
Established in 1963, Franciscan Health Community (FHC) provides independent senior housing and senior services including home health and hospice care. We also operate Our Lady of Good Counsel Home located in St. Paul. Our independent living residences are Highlands on Graham and Riverview Highlands.
Franciscan Health Community is a participating affiliate of Catholic Senior Services (CSS), the outreach program created by the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis to meet the growing need for quality senior housing and services. FHC is a member of the Catholic Health Association, Aging Services Minnesota, and the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (AAHSA).
