Mission
The Franciscan Health Community Mission
Francsican Health Community continues Christ's ministry of healing and compassion in the 21st Century by providing health care, housing and services to seniors.
How We Live Our Mission
Established in 1963, Franciscan Health Community (FHC) provides a full complement of housing and elder care services for seniors and their families. Seniors can select from a range of quality and affordable living options, and benefit from specialized elder care services, including: home health care, home-delivered meals, and adult day services.
With these services, FHC's mission is to provide professional, compassionate care while helping seniors live as independently as possible.
FHC's range of housing services includes:
- St. Mary's Home, with skilled nursing care and short-stay transitional care services.
- Highlands on Graham, an independent living residence.
- Riverview Highland, an independent living residence.
FHC is a participating affiliate of Catholic Senior Services (CSS), the outreach program created by the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis to meet the growing need for quality senior housing and elder care services.
FHC is also a member of the:
- Catholic Health Association
- Aging Services Minnesota
- American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (AAHSA)
