About Our St. Paul Senior Services
Established in 1963, Franciscan Health Community (FHC) provides a full complement of housing and senior services. Elders can select from a range of quality and affordable living options, and benefit from specialized services – home health care, home-delivered meals, and Adult Day Services - to help them live as independently as possible.
The Franciscan Health Community includes the skilled-nursing-care and short-stay transitional care services of St. Mary’s Home, and the independent living residences Highlands on Graham and Riverview Highlands.
Franciscan Health Community is a participating affiliate of Catholic Senior Services (CSS), the outreach program created by the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis to meet the growing need for quality senior housing and services. FHC is a member of the Catholic Health Association, Aging Services Minnesota, and the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (AAHSA).
