At Riverview Highlands, senior living is easy.
Located in beautiful Highland Park in St. Paul, the senior residence is across the street from St. Andrew Kim Catholic Church and St. Mary's Home. Residents may attend Mass at either location.
This 54-unit building offers senior housing with evening meals, housekeeping, planned activities, blood pressure monitoring, an "I'm okay" system, controlled access entrance, health assessment and case management services.
The one and two-bedroom apartments range in size from 805 to 1,400 square feet. These modern apartments include:
- Washer and dryer hook-ups
- Underground garage parking
- Well-lit areas
- Decks offering a beautiful view of the Mississippi River
Evening meals are served in the community room Monday-Friday. Monthly rent includes ten meals and twice-a-month housekeeping service. Assistance with transportation needs is available.
Apartment rental rates are available upon request. If necessary, Riverview Highland residents receive priority admission to St. Mary's Home should they require nursing home care at a later date, based upon availability.
