Located in St. Paul's quiet residential neighborhood of Highland Park, The Highlands on Graham offer independent St. Paul senior apartments. These apartments consist of two buildings, attached to St. Mary's Home. The buildings have 72 units that are one, two or three bedrooms. The sizes range from 747 sq. ft. to 1525 sq. ft.
Services for our St. Paul senior apartment residents include planned activities, blood pressure monitoring, an "I'm okay" system, controlled access entrance, health assessment, case management services and optional evening meals and housekeeping.
Through the connection to St. Mary's home, our St. Paul senior apartment living includes access to daily Mass, occupational and physical therapy, adult day services, home health care, housekeeping and the beauty and barber shop. Our St. Paul senior apartments are especially convenient if family members living at the apartments have a loved one at St. Mary's Home or using one of the other Franciscan Health Community Services.
Apartment amenities include washer and dryer hook-ups, underground garage parking, great rooms, walk-in showers, large community room, and an onsite guest suite. Most units have decks. Assistance with transportation needs is available.
If necessary, Highlands on Graham residents receive priority admission to St. Mary's Home or other Franciscan Health Community programs, based on availability, should they require it at a later date.
