St. Paul Senior Housing and Community

Welcome to Franciscan Health Community!

Franciscan Health Community (FHC) is a Catholic, non-profit provider of St. Paul senior housing and senior services in the Twin Cities, Minnesota area. FHC is a private juridic person within the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis, a member of the Catholic Health Association, the Minnesota Health and Housing Alliance (MHHA), and the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (AAHSA). FHC is an affiliate of Catholic Senior Services (CSS), the new outreach program of the Archdiocese created to meet the future needs of community seniors.

We offer independent and congregate St. Paul senior housing, long term and transitional skilled nursing care services, hospice and home health care, volunteer services and home-delivered meals.
