Following the mission set forth by the Dominican Sisters’ founder, Rose Hawthorne Lathrop, to “serve those with incurable cancer and without the means to provide care for themselves,” Our Lady of Peace Home does not charge patients or their families for the care and services provided.
The home exists today - and is able to carry out its mission - thanks to a generous community of donors. From memorial donations to substantial estate gifts, the unending generosity of donors touched by the mission of Our Lady of Peace Home allows this wonderful work to continue. All gifts and memorials are gratefully welcomed.
